Sponsors & Beneficiaries

We receive no government funding and are only able to continue the work we do as a result of our own fundraising efforts.  In addition to the income we generate from large events such as our St Petersburg Ball, and the support of various specialist trusts, we are heavily reliant on smaller donations.  Could your local community organise a fundraiser for us?  No amount is too small and you can be sure the money you raise will go directly to help where it is most needed.

We provide all the information and sponsorship packs you will need, and we can even advertise your own event on our website. If you would like our fundraising pack please contact us

Recent donations have included sponsorship from marathon runners, ASFP and Helen Grier's Romanian Trek. Helen arranged this fundraising expedition through Charity Challenge. "I had never heard of the Children's Burns Trust until I started doing some research. I got scalded on my back as a toddler by a full kettle of boiling water. Occasionally on the trek it was a bit sore from my rucksack - perhaps a gentle reminder as to why I was doing it! I'm glad I trained hard as it was 30 degrees even in the mountains."

"We had to climb up a part of the mountain that was so steep we had to pull ourselves up by fixed ropes - then we walked along a narrow ridge with a sheer drop either side - I did it and feel quite proud!"
